The Summer We Fell by Elizabeth O'Roark book 1 of the Summer Series has some twists in the end that surprised me. This story deals with abuse; physical, mental, emotional.

I thought the storyline is good and the twists in the end had me surprised and stunned. But, the ending left me wondering what really happened with Danny. I don't recall getting a definitive answer. Was someone involved?

I'm glad I read it.
