Caged by Bella Matthews Book 1 of The Defiant Kings Series

This is my first book by Bella Matthews and it blew me away. I am not hooked on the KIngston Family and am ready to dive in to each of the sibling's stories.

This one is about Hudson and Maddie and it has all the makings of a great friends to lovers romance. Their characters are downright loveable!

The family dynamics and the friendships that surround these two are perfect and their text convos are hilarious. I have a soft spot for families that will give each other a hard time but will support them through the good times and the bad times.

It's a definite 5 star read for me. The spice level is just right, not over powering and not lacking. The flow of the story was perfect and kept me engaged throughout the book. I finished it within 8 hours. I'm definitely lining up the rest of the books on my TBR and can't wait to read about each of them.
