I was unable to put this book down no matter how sick I was feeling. Lilian Harris has been my go to mafia author since the Cavaleri brothers and each series that has come after has been phenomenal. The Quinn family has claimed their status along side the Cavaleri and Messina families and they are here to stay!

This book exploded with thrills and chills then slowly comes the heat and the steam. The plot is exciting and suspenseful with twists and turns that I hadn't seen coming. I loved how it all came together with passion burning right through the pages and had me panting for more. It's spicy in all the right places and thoughtful in others.

Fionn is ruthless and unapologetic with determination an unyielding love and obsession. Now, in real life, I'd be insane to be rooting for this mafia man but I'm going for the entertainment of it all, not my moral compass.

This book pushes the envelope quite far so please check for trigger warnings. If you're looking for morality and realism, then this is not the book for you.
