Fractured

Fractured by DL Gallie is my first by this author. It is plot driven and has some trigger warnings that you should consider before starting this book.

The story is thoughtful with serious topics that will definitely tug at your heart strings and emotions. It's a deep storyline but is presented with some light hearted scenes that seem to balance it out for me.

I appreciated the journeys between Marshall and Eloise. The struggles they both had to endure helped build their bond together. Both are damaged and broken in different ways which made them relatable for me.

It's a great first read and I look forward to reading on.
