Gorgeous Lies by Brittany Taylor is my first book by this author. I had no idea what to expect and I am pleasantly happy with giving her a try. 

This second chance romance is filled with grit, emotion, loss, regret, redemption, recovery, absolution and romance. The struggles between Jude and Victoria are heartbreaking and tragic. The road to their redemption and absolution was full of pain. The family dynamics is complicated and maddening at times. I've got some major hate for a certain someone for sure.

This book was well worth the read with the raw emotions from tragedy and the road they've had to go through to get out on the other side, a better person... a better couple.
