The Consequence by L. Knight Book 2 in the Kings of Ruin Series

Just like the first book in the Kings of Ruin Series, The Consequence had me hooked from the beginning. And just like the first book, I devoured this in about 6 hours.

This one hit home for me since a few of the issues the characters had is something I struggle with. So needless to say, this story became quite personal for me. It definitely had me reflecting on my life and my choices.

This is my first series by L Knight and I must say I'm loving her stories so far. I love the characters that she's created. The story is easy to read especially when you're in the mood for light, angsty, steamy romance. I'm excited to read on to book 3. I just know that I'll devour that one too.
