The Wrong Wife by L. Steele

The Wrong Wife by L. Steele is a grumpy/sunshine, billionaire, best friend's brother, office romance. The story deals with a man's  survivor's guilt, PTSD, reacclimating back to society after being a prisoner of war meets happy go lucky, sunshine totally opposite and can't stop putting her foot in her mouth plus size woman.

He's broody. He's Grumpy. He's dominant.  He's tortured. He's broken.  He's lost. He's all about control.

She's happy. She's sunshine. She's determined. She's loyal. She's a virgin. She's submissive. She's all about giving him what he wants.

Together, they don't make sense. They're completely opposite. But.... They're undeniable. They're steamy. They're electricity. They're fireworks.

Penny seemed a bit too submissive as the story went on. I was beginning to wonder if I would really like the story. I read on and I'm glad I did. I began to see and understand her character more. Even though she was submissive in so many ways, I started to see the strength in her as the story went on and I appreciated her at the end of it all.

There's a few major twists that surprised me in the very end. I can't deny that I shed some tears at the whopper of an ending that I had not anticipated in the least. I'm so very glad that I finished the book because the end made it all worth the while.

Knight is so broken that you just can't help but root for him. He definitely is every bit a "bosshole" and he's absolutely delicious and dirty in all the right ways.
